Bio

Dr. Fran Rotondo is a Technical Services Veterinarian at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health and is responsible for supporting sales of Boehringer Ingelheim veterinary products by providing technical information and assistance to veterinarians and customers. 

Dr. Rotondo brings more than 19 years of experience to the animal health industry. She joined Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health in January 2017 as a Technical Services Veterinarian following  Boehringer Ingelheim’s acquisition and integration of Merial. 

Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, she held positions including Associate Veterinarian at a general small animal practice in Oakville, Ontario, Technical Service Veterinarian at Pfizer Animal Health and Technical Service Veterinarian at Merial. 

Dr. Rotondo has an Honors of Microbiology degree from the University of Guelph and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ontario Veterinary College. She has volunteered with Community Outreach Clinics and Six Nations Wellness Clinics. She sits on the Toronto Academy of Veterinary Medicine Board of Directors, as well as the boards for Pet Trust and Royal City Musical Productions Inc., and is part of the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association 

Professional Development Committee. 

Dr. Rotondo is currently based in Guelph, Ontario with her husband and four cats.
